Just had to share my experience with you and future customers. It started with a visit by their salesman (Paul) who gave us a reasonable estimate for a new hot water tank, furnace & A/C. Paul explained in detail what to expect for a job like ours. Thanks Paul that was very important to us. The installers arrived on time and were finished in one day. The installers Fred, Rich and Nathan along with services from Connor, were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and true professionals. One day service, great cleanup and they were very careful moving items in and out of our house. Afterwards, their technician did a final walk through to educate me about our new system. I am very confident with my purchase from Mikes in Utica. I will definitely refer future customers their way. Thanks guys!Wonderful company and great people. 5 STARS! Also, thanks to Dawn back in the office for your assistance.

From the understanding after hours person I spoke to on a Sunday afternoon, the kind technician who called back just to check on us, the very compassionate and helpful scheduling person who promptly reached out Monday morning, to the most wonderful technician who arrived on my doorstep shortly after – WOW!

We have used Mike’s Heating and Cooling for many years, and the outstanding customer services and quality work is what keeps us coming back. I can’t say enough about Kurt, our technician, he is not only very skilled in his trade, but he could also be described as very hardworking, kind and respectful.

Too many times we, as customers, take the time to complain and not enough is said about the amazing services we receive. So, thank you Mike’s Heating and Cooling – you did it again, keep up the good work.

PS: for those Mike’s technicians who have been to our home for the pinging noise in the gas lines – Kurt wins the prize for solving the mystery pinging – it’s gone!

Like other reviewers, I had called a couple of major repair companies in our area but none could send a tech that day. I came on Mike's Heating and Cooling through Angie's List. I called in the morning and had a technician, Billy, at my home by early afternoon. He was able to repair my AC unit quickly. I was very pleased with the prompt service, that they had parts on hand to do the job immediately, and with Billy's work. I've bookmarked them on my computer and entered them in my contacts for my future service needs. Very happy with their work and service.

What a fabulous experience from start to finish. Mike Jr. came to our house and introduced the a tank-less hot water heater as opposed to the traditional water heater. Mike was very knowledgeable and shared the pros and cons of this technology. After deciding to proceed with the work, the office stayed in constant communication with us and guaranteed on time service. The service team led by Bill were great. They cleaned up after the work and spent a fair amount of time teaching me how to utilize the new water heater. I was very pleased and could not think of anything that was not done first class. I would strongly recommend Mikes Heating and Cooling for your future HVAC needs.

Air conditioning unit stopped working on Sunday. Saw an ad for Carrier repair. Called and they were able to come out the next day. The repairman was very thorough and knowledgeable. Very pleasant and professional. The part was picked up at Carrier (we have a high end unit 10 years old that doesn't use universal parts). Repair completed for reasonable price. Would recommend. My only comment to improve. ..leave a sticker or magnet with contact info on furnace and air conditioner so I can easily find you should I have another issue in the future.
